Public Tours: Cancellations received by Customized Tours 24 or more hours prior to scheduled tours departure date and time will receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours prior to scheduled tour departure date and time are non-refundable. Name, departure date, passenger count and time changes are considered a reservation cancellation and are subject to this cancellation policy.
Private Tours & Charters: Cancellations received by Customized Tours more than 7 days prior to scheduled tours departure date and time will receive a refund minus any advanced non-refundable ticket purchases. Less than 7 days prior to scheduled tour departure date and time are non-refundable. Name, departure date, passenger count and time changes are considered a reservation cancellation and are subject to this cancellation policy.
Customized Tours reserves the right to cancel all or part of the tour in its reasonable discretion even in response to insufficient sales. If Customized Tours cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Customized Tours.
Your pickup location and time will depend on where you are staying. We pick up and drop off from select locations in downtown Seattle and near SeaTac airport. If your place of lodging is outside of our zone you will be invited to meet our guide at one of our general locations. Please note our Olympic National Park Tour does not offer pickup in the SeaTac area. For the most accurate information we ask that you contact us directly for verification.
Unfortunately, if the day or time you are requesting is not available you would need to choose another date or time. However, we may be able to offer you a private tour option or put you on a waitlist should more seating become available.
Tours normally will run rain or shine. If a tour is shut down due to weather conditions you would be notified as soon as possible.
Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, however some exceptions are made if passengers are able to load/unload wheelchairs on their own on/off the bus. They will also need to be able to walk up at least 3-5 steps without assistance to board on/off the vehicle. We can allow strollers on board as long as the vehicle being used on the day of the tour has adequate storage space. Please contact our office directly to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
In some circumstances payment by check, PayPal and Venmo can be accepted however please note we will not confirm a reservation prior to the payment clearing. Please contact our management team to make advanced arrangements. We also accept the following credit card options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Gift card vouchers must be presented to guide at the time of pickup.
There are no immediate plans for us to offer this tour again. They are not doing any tours of the production floor currently.
