Refund Policy

Customized Tours (also known as ourtoursrock.com) reserves the right to cancel all or part of the tour in its reasonable discretion even in response to insufficient sales. If Customized Tours cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Customized Tours. If Seattletours.com cancels a portion of the tour due to weather or other reasons beyond our control or other vendors, or if you decide, for any reason whatsoever, to not participate in all or part of the tour, Customized Tours quitable manner. If, due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, flights are adversely impacted or you are otherwise required to spend an additional night in a location, hotel and meal costs are your responsibility. All refunds are processed by the main office of Customized Tours. No refunds will be made at other customer service locations. No refund will be issued on the spot. All refunds will be made through the travel agent used for the booking on the basis of the amount actually received by Customized Tours less any applicable cancellation fees, discounts, and charges. Refunds for canceled or unused services will normally be made to the same travel agency or to you for direct bookings, on the basis of the amount actually received by Customized Tours less any applicable cancellation fees and charges. You are responsible for obtaining from your travel agency monies either retained by the agency or received by the agency from Customized Tours of Seattle.

Cancellation Policy for Public Tours

A full refund will be made for cancellations received by Customized Tours more than 7 days prior to tour departure. Less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to tour departure a $10 per person cancellation fee will be assessed. Reservation cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled tour departure are non-refundable. Name, departure date and time changes are considered a reservation cancellation and are subject to this cancellation policy.
